Mary Guilfoil
 

Mary Guilfoil is a civil litigator who focuses her practice on defense and insurance coverage
matters, as well as property and homeowners association disputes. She represents insurers,
businesses, property owners, and homeowners associations throughout the State of Florida, in state and federal courts.

Before entering private practice, Mary served as a federal law clerk, where she gained
invaluable insight into judicial decision-making and the mechanics of litigation. That experience continues to inform her advocacy, particularly in complex motion practice and matters pending before state trial and federal district courts. Mary earned her Juris Doctor in 2013 from Florida Coastal School of Law and her undergraduate degree from New College of Florida. She is a member of the Florida Bar, the Marion County Bar Association, and the Florida Defense Lawyers Association.
