My Story
Rob McLean represents clients in insurance coverage and insurance defense matters in Florida’s trial and appellate courts. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeal for the Eleventh Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Rob earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Andrews Presbyterian College and a Master of Arts degree from the University of North Florida, after which he worked as a claims adjuster at Fortune Insurance and an underwriter at Independent Fire Insurance. Rob then attended law school at the University of Florida where he earned a Juris Doctorate. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and is past president of the Marion County Bar Association.
Rob lives in Ocala, Florida with his family. He is an avid jogger, a poor golfer, and a rabid Orlando City Soccer fan.
