My Story

Bradley R. Killinger has practiced civil litigation in Florida for nearly 25 years. Before joining DGH Legal, he was a partner with a statewide insurance defense firm, where he spent more than two decades as a trial attorney. His experience also includes representing personal injury plaintiffs, giving him the perspective of having litigated claims from both sides. Bradley began practicing law at age 24, prevailed in his first appellate case before Florida’s Fifth District Court of Appeal at age 26, and won his first jury trial as lead counsel at age 27.

Bradley focuses his practice on insurance coverage and insurance defense. He serves as coverage counsel for national insurers on a broad range of matters and represents insurers and their insureds in civil litigation throughout Florida.

Bradley earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Finance, from the University of Florida Warrington College of Business in 1998 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2001. He completed his education a year ahead of schedule and was inducted into the Golden Key National Honor Society, recognizing students in the top 15 percent of their class.

Bradley is admitted to practice in Florida state and federal courts.

Outside of his practice, Bradley enjoys traveling, tennis and pickleball, cycling and other outdoor activities, Florida Gators football, and spending time with his wife and three daughters.
